Do you offer scholarships or discounts?
Yes! We offer limited tutoring scholarships and have a number of money-saving discounts, our most profitable being our packages. You can save hundreds of dollars on tutoring when you book one of our packages. Refer a friend and get one session free!
Where are tutoring sessions held/What is the location of tutoring sessions?
Do your tutors have to pass a background check?
Yes! At Smiling Minds Tutoring, we take yours and your family’s safety seriously. Our team takes the utmost care in vetting all of our tutors. All our tutors must pass a background check. We select only the best, most qualified tutors with the strongest character.
Are your tutors CPR/AED and First Aid Certified?
While it is not a requirement for our tutors to be CPR/AED and First Aid certified, many of our tutors do possess this certification.
What if I need to cancel/reschedule a lesson?
Cancelling and rescheduling lessons is easy. Just notify your tutor at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
How do I know if my child needs a tutor?
